kitchen mckeown is a transmasculine nonbinary writer living on the unceded territories of the Squamish, Musqueam, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. They are currently pursuing a Master of Publishing degree at Simon Fraser University. They won the George McWhirter Prize of Poetry in 2020, and were shortlisted for Peach Mag’s GOLD in Poetry Prize in 2019. Their poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Poetry Magazine, Room, Peach Mag, Poetry is Dead, The Puritan, and Bad Nudes.
